Ancient Wave Tai Chi and Zen Yoga is a place where all beliefs, level of skill, and all disciplinary groups may come together and learn without the pressures of a gung ho yogi. We learn, we heal, we talk, and most of all we smile.
*Tai Chi* We work with Yang Style Short Form Tai Chi, and while this is historically a hard core practice regimen, we move the for a head a few hundred years, and are pleased to give to our students an effective form of moving meditation, Nice long form movements to benefit the bones, ligaments, tendons, and the ever present joints.
Here you will teach the Yang Style 60 movement Short from, the Yang Style Straight Sword (Jian) form, and everybody's favorite; push hands practice play.
*Zen Yoga* Zen Yoga is a very unique and effective style of yoga comprised of traditional Shakti Yoga principles, combined with the Ancient Chinese art of Qigong which focuses on strengthening all area of the body through a groups of exercises which consist of Energized breathing for better core training and strengthening, Energizing of the extremities such as shoulders, arms, fingers, toes, calves, and quads. Over time the precise movements you will learn will drop negative aspects off of your body and replace that area with the strong and tight musculature you have always wanted.
