Hoi Jeon Moo Sool translates from Korean as 'Circle Motion Martial Art'. Hoi Jeon Moo Sool is based on Hapkido and from an outsider perspective has been described as Aikido with punches and kicks.

Grandmaster Myoung created Hoi Jeon Moo Sool in 1972. The official website http://www.hjms.com includes the following as a description:
